jopenssl won't build if you do "ant clean jar" -- it won't find jruby.jar.
Looks like this was caused by change to build.xml in 824, but might have
happened sooner (I hadn't svn up-ed in a week or so). Easy enough to tweak in
build.xml or build.properties, but there should be a default that works without
tweaking.
