Testing with AR-JDBC in Rails 2 is borked

When starting a new project Rails 2.0 project and trying to run
{noformat}
jruby -S rake
{noformat}
To run all tests, this fails. It seems the reason is the same as what we
earlier solved by copying a jdbc rakefile to add rake tasks. We need another
way of adding these rake tasks with Rails 2.0.
