Hey, you want a fun threading challenge? Make the tests in the file-tail gem
pass! In addition to some probably IO issues (which won't be nearly as
difficult) there's a heavy brutalization of threading and the timeout.rb
library. So making these tests pass would go a long way toward improving
threading robustness.
Of course, it's also somewhat likely the tests are not safe or correct on a
true native/concurrent threaded impl, but they should at least not blow up in
nasty, nasty ways.
