I just fixed JRUBY-1222, which was caused by SSL socket opening being
completely broken in JOpenSSL. I also reenabled the test_ssl tests since
kill and pid are now implemented using JNA and should work correctly
(though we need to get all of LibC working on Solaris, see JRUBY-1889).
