JRuby 1.1RC1 is going to be released very soon, and I think we should
try to really stick to a feature freeze. We don't have to lock down all
development completely, but please use your best judgment about larger
changes and additions. The next week or two or three should be focused
on stabilization, not on adding new stuff.
