I figured this one was a no-brainer, so I went ahead and added Vladimir
as a committer. He's submitted probably a hundred patches over the past
month, resulting in a huge number of rubyspecs passing and a number of
key specs running 100% (like String and Array!). He's been very
meticulous about including tests, has commit access to the Rubinius
repository where the rubyspecs are kept, and will be a great addition to
the team.
