WEBrick on Linux randomly gets empty content-length for POST

Don't have to much information about this yet. The failure is ONLY on Linux -
it doesn't happen on Mac.
It's a bit random, but it's quite regular. It only happens for POST, and the
problem is that the content disappears or the content-length are zero or the
content-length header is missing altogether.
