Updated the jdbc-derby to the latest use version 10.3.2.1 of derby. Attached
in a simple patch but doesn't include the new jar. I ran the current set of
unit tests with the new jar (I think) and they passed. I tried to run the
command: jruby -S rake drivers:derby:package and got errors.
