Any attempts to run test_socket.rb tests on Linux lead to most of the testcases
failing.

Also, new rubyspecs for UNIXSocket fail too.
It seems that the problem is with 'bind' call via JNA, it fails every time on
Linux.
The *very* troubling part is that test_socket.rb is part of our unit test
suite, and it passes 100% on Linux (not executing those unix socket test cases!)
