After JRUBY-2213 is fixed, Unix sockets are functional on Linux again, but
UNUXServer#accept_nonblock just hangs on Linux.
This leads to the following test case from test/test_socket.rb to hang the test
run:
test_can_create_socket_server_and_accept_nonblocking
(currently this test is commented out)
