FindBugs still shows up many problems in JRuby trunk, even after the changes
from JRUBY-1173.
These include synchronization problems, static DateFormats, a getbyte method
calling itself instead of get_byte, and various other.
The simplest way to get these issues fixed would be for an active developer to
simply run FindBugs on the JRuby code and look over the issues. It will
probably take less than 20 minutes.
