I would not say show-stopper. Actually it is not NetBeans related. It is
rather debug-commons backends related. So both RadRails and NetBeans
suffers from this bug and whatever frontend using debug-commons.
It "just" does not finish the JRuby debuggee (will stay alive under
Windows) when debugging session ends.
