Installed NB 6.1 fcs, figured out how to control
parent dir for projects, and successfully downloaded
the jruby project.

Now, how do I find document.rb in the huge package list?
(You guys have apparently been very, very busy.)

Ahh good ones. Can you submit a bug with a patch we can apply? These are obvious problems we can patch for now, and we can forward your patch on to the Ruby core team if they haven't fixed them already.
