Yes, those tests assume that jruby is on the path and fail if it's not.
Since most folks have jruby on path, it wasn't a big problem, but I
see reports from time to time about this. Sooner or later, we need to
adjust the tests so that they won't depend on jruby being on path.
Ahh, yes. That's about what I figured it probably was. That won't work
with CI, since the JRuby directory is created as part. I'll see if I can
get it fixed today, or modify ant to set PATH for now.
