[jruby-dev] Netbeans JRuby Cannot Kill Debug Process

Netbeans IDE Build 200806080003
Windows Vista SP1

When debugging code, the debug process is not killed if error while 
debugging.
The only way to kill the process is to exit Netbeans.
Has this been reported as a bug? I cannot find a direct reference to it 
in the bugs listings.
