Ah, indeed! :) I've forgotten on step.
The rake and rspec gems are not being installed during just regular 'ant' build.
You need to install them either manually via

jruby -S gem install rake rspec

Or, you could just invoke

ant install-gems

this will install the needed gems (rake and rspec).
