This starts a irb session:
java -jar jruby-complete.jar --command irb
After extracting from JRuby:
java -jar jruby-complete.jar --command extract # extracts to ~/.jruby
Executing the jirb command no longer works (this just returns back to the
command prompt with no message without starting an irb session):
java -jar jruby-complete.jar --command irb
