JNA recently added a win32-amd64 build of their jnidispatch.dll.
They have made it available here:
https://jna.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=7408&expandFolder=7408&folderID=9725
But it isn't in a stable release yet, so if JRuby wants to wait for a stable
release that's fine too. I just wanted some way to track when JRuby's bundled
JNA would work on amd64.
