A project generated with Mr. Bones (bones) has an empty set of Rake tasks under
JRuby.
Steps to reproduce:
jruby -S gem install bones
bones foo
cd foo
jruby -S rake -T (this should list the Rake tasks, however it displays nothing)
Running `rake -T` with MRI displays the proper result.
