The Bouncy castle provider is not found when added. the script below adds the
provider and then iterates the list of providers. It can be seen that the
provider is correctly added but when you try to use a cryptography function the
provider is not found.
Adding to the java.security file doesn't fix the issue either.
The program can be run in MRI and works correctly.
