I just received my JRuby mug with GREAT excitement, and I was just about to
fill it with some Blue Java, when I noticed: Duke's body is MISSING! Also the
Ruby has lost its SPARKLE!
After regaining consciousness and getting up of the floor, I ran to my laptop
and re-entered the CafePress/JRuby shop, and checked the image of the mug
there. The image in the shop clearly shows both Duke's body and the Ruby
sparkle. Puh! So, it's only my mug that's wrong.
So, what can we do? It's no good having disembodied Dukes on the coffee mugs
just when we are about to take the world in the name of JRuby! Also, a Ruby
without any sparkle does not reflect the reality of Ruby development.
I just hope the T-shirts I have ordered arrive without scary twists of reality
printed on them.
