The FFI platform files in lib/ruby/1.8/ffi/platform/x86_64-windows need to be
generated by running the command:
./bin/jruby -S rake -f lib/ruby/1.8/ffi/tools/Rakefile
(make sure the java vm used is running in 64bit using -d64)
And then checking in all the files under
lib/ruby/1.8/ffi/platform/x86_64-windows
