LOBs are not stored in the Microsoft SQL Server database when using
active_record\jdbc_adapter\jdbc_mssql.rb adapter. This issue exists with any
ActiveRecord-JDBC version including 0.9.1.
Enclosed please find a patch to resolve this problem.
