                 Key: JRUBY-3710
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-3710
             Project: JRuby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Compiler
    Affects Versions: JRuby 1.3RC1
Environment: OSX 10.5.6 Intel, java version "1.6.0_07"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b06-153)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0_07-b06-57, mixed mode),
jruby 1.3.0RC2 (ruby 1.8.6p287) (2009-05-27 6b19f71) (Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit
Server VM 1.6.0_07) [x86_64-java]

            Reporter: Chuck Remes
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: g.err, g.rb

Creating a simple file containing 2636 lines of legal ruby code causes the
compiler to puke. Reducing the line count by 1 eliminates the error. Empty
lines have no effect.

This was tested against RC2 HEAD.
