Bundled RSpec and Rake gems make MacPorts upgrade harder

This process causes trouble:
* Install JRuby through MacPorts
* Update gems when a newer version of a bundled gem has been released
* Attempt to upgrade JRuby through MacPorts
This fails, because MacPorts refused to touch the updated gems. The only
solution is to manually uninstall the gems first.
Is it necessary to bundle gems with JRuby? It would make the upgrade process
much easier if it was left to the user to install them afterwards.
