there is a problem in the query that gets generated on the front page. the
column name for paging gets quoted doubly.
This issue and many other issues are fixed in the sql server adapater available
at http://github.com/rails-sqlserver/2000-2005-adapter/tree/master
Can you please synchronize the adapter file with that available there. Or is
there a way to ask the jdbc adapter to refer to the version available there.
Simple file replacement does not work. But the files seem to be very similar
like they were derived from same base version long time back.
