For a symlink we'd need to rejigger our installed scripts a bit, since
they depend on $0 to figure out where jruby.home is supposed to be.
Most of the Linux installers have customized our bin/jruby script to
hardcode paths to the actual install locations on the system...

Yeah, even just a faded "Duke with Ruby" logo would be nice, though we
could come up with something new.

OS X is certainly going to be the easiest one, since we know Java (and
usually Java 6) will be installed. Oh, that reminds me of something
else...perhaps we could modify the installed script to use whatever
/usr/libexec/java_home says is the actual Java home (configurable by
the Java prefs pane).
