tool/nailgun directory can be cleaned up a little bit, I think. Right there in
Makefile, there is ugly Solaris hack.
I took a shot at cleaning it with autoconf, so that you can simply './configure
&& make' in tool/nailgun to generate 'ng'. I tested it with OS X and Solaris 10.
