Recieve error "\jruby-1.4.0RC1\bin\) was unexpected at this time" when i try
use jruby or jirb

I get the error message with the 1.4.0rc when trying to run commands such as
jruby and jirb. Whether it be executing a ruby file, or just checking what
version of jruby I am running the error occurs. I installed the jruby version
by utilizing the windows installer off jruby.org.
