Good to hear that the problem is gone. One of the two most common
reasons why the build/tests suddenly start to fail are:
1. Wrong PATH or stale jruby in the PATH somewhere.
2. RUBYOPT is set, which currently is problematic see JRUBY-4062:
RUBYOPT=-rubygems causes various problems for JRuby.
Sometimes I set RUBYOPT and forget to unset it later on, thus
seeing various failures, which surprises me every time. :)
