As of the time the ticket was filed, these are the names of the tagged and
hanging specs:
* core/io/close_tags.txt: IO#close on an IO.popen stream clears #pid
* core/io/close_tags.txt: IO#close on an IO.popen stream waits for the child to
exit
* core/io/popen_tags.txt: IO::popen allows the io to be closed inside the block
