Parent references in a tree nodes are not deyamlized well

If you execute attached program, can see that parent references are not
properly resolved; you get something like:
@parent=#<YAML::Yecht::BadAlias:0xa4 @name="id001">
In JRuby 1.2.0 it same program works perfectly.
