jruby loads src/builtin/generator.rb ahead of any other file named generator

I've uploaded a patch for this at
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-4218
Except for the yaml libs, the src/builtin files are now given decorated
names (e.g. _jsignal_internal_.rb), and the code that loads them has
been updated, and a test that uses jsignal.
I ran 'ant test' afterwards and all tests pass.
