spec-show-excludes doesn't work

RubySpec unified the 1.8 and 1.9 specs, so the spec-show-excludes target now
fails without printing anything. Attached patch addresses this problem, and
adds a new 'spec-show-excludes-1.9' target.
As it stands right now, it fails trying to compile FFI specs, which I guess is
a RubySpec problem.
