The attached spec compares an object that has #to_ary defined on it against an
Array. This spec passes with MRI 1.8.6-p383, 1.8.7-p248, 1.9.1-p376, and
1.9.2-preview1, but fails using jruby-1.4.0.
The attached file is the simplest reduction I could find that still reproduces
the problem. If I was able to pinpoint it more closely I would've written a
failing spec for rubyspec.
