Replace ruby_test suite with Dan Berger's new isolated repository

We currently use a local copy of the ruby_test suite that I believe was pulled
from the Shards project. Dan Berger has spun off that suite into its own
repository, which we could start using rather than maintaining a local copy:
http://github.com/djberg96/berger_spec
An alternative would be to finally mine the "berger_spec" suite and add any
missing cases to rubyspec.
