with the following file "sleep.rb"
sleep
If I run it using jruby, then (from a different window) do
c:\dev_old\digitalarchive_trunk>rm sleep.rb
rm: cannot unlink `sleep.rb': Permission denied
however with MRI I *can* delete said file with MRI running it.
