When trying to setup a gem,
it installs it,
but fails when building documentation.
jruby -S gem install jruby-openssl
JRuby limited openssl loaded. http://jruby.org/openssl
gem install jruby-openssl for full support.
Successfully installed jruby-openssl-0.7
