"--falst" and "jruby.compile.fastsend=true" set FASTSEND_COMPILE_ENABLED = true
but "jruby.compile.fastest=true" does not.
"--falst" and "jruby.compile.fastest=true" does not have the same effect but
"fastest" should be faster than (or equals to) "fast" I think.
