It would be nice to optionally *not* swallow backtraces, ex:
from java/io/BufferedInputStream.java:258:in `read1'
... 14 levels...
from load_em.rb:32
from load_em.rb:27:in `chdir'
from load_em.rb:27
(the real "spot" was within those ...'s)
