I guess this wasn't totally cleared up.
MRI gets the right pid here, jruby not so much.
>> Dir.pwd
=> "C:/Program Files (x86)/VideoLAN/VLC"
>> IO.popen("vlc.exe c:\\a").pid
=> 5128 # wrong pid
