I added a paragraph on that, and one calling out the fact that JRuby
itself has a lot of room to improve. I also added teaser results from
the red/black benchmark on Java 6, Java 7 with invokedynamic disabled,
and Java 7 with invokedynamic. They're suitably delicious.

I modified the wording throughout to make it clear that 1.7 isn't GA
yet and that it is still in development. Let me know if you think I've
made it clear enough now.
