    Description: 
[Jakarta ECS|http://jakarta.apache.org/ecs/] stopped its development on 
01/09/2.010, although we still use it in a number of places throughout JSPWiki; 
we might consider replacing it with [jdom2|http://www.jdom.org/index.html], 
which we are also shipping and can be used for markup generation.
