Originally the portable JSPWiki (aka WOAS) was based on JSPWiki 2.8.x using Ant
* we are now on 2.10.1
* we migrated from Ant to Maven
* the native launchers for Windows & Mac OS X are outdated
* the embedded Jetty is outdated
