Actually, the JSPWiki ReferringPagesPlugin has already built-in support for
showing
the lastModified date.

This would give you the last modified date/time of the most recently changed
page.
It shouldn't be too hard to extend that plugin, so it would indicate for each
link the age of that page.
This could be a useful extension, and used eg. in the Page INFO screen.
