This also affects german Umlauts. Very annoying. For example I have to write:
[Outlook - Ordner eines anderen Benutzers öffnen | Outlook#Ordner eines anderen
Benutzers _C3_96ffnen]
This is probably a general problem with non-ASCII characters.
