When Haddock's special block markers
(https://jspwiki-wiki.apache.org/Wiki.jsp?page=JSPWikiStyle#section-JSPWikiStyle-SpecialBlockMarkers)
are printed to black and white media, the coloured shading doesn't translate
clearly.
Perhaps a small descriptive icon could be added to the block marker (for
example "i", "!", etc.) to make this less ambiguous?
