The innermost exception on the stacktrace shows:

Caused by: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
at java.util.ArrayList$Itr.checkForComodification(ArrayList.java:901)
at java.util.ArrayList$Itr.next(ArrayList.java:851)
at
org.apache.wiki.providers.CachingAttachmentProvider.findAttachmentFromCollection(CachingAttachmentProvider.java:247)

which refers to a collection passed by parameter, which in turn is a list of
attachments obtained from ehcache, so it seems that ehcache is refreshing the
list somewhere else while the iteration is taking place, which yields the
{{ConcurrentModificationException}}.
Should be fixed on 2.11.0-M1-git-01, please feel free to reopen if you see that
the error persists.
