JSPWIKI-1142 - Minor performances improvement:
* Remove redundant initializer
* Redundant interface modifier --> Not really performance
* Remove Unused import
* Bulk operation can be used instead of iteration
* Manual array copy
* Manual array to collection copy
* Avoid String concatenation in loop
* Redundant 'Collection.addAll()' call. Use Parametrized constructor.
