       Resolution: Fixed

Should be fixed in 2.11.1-git-01, 
{{CachingAttachmentProvider#listAllChanged(..)}} will behave the same as 
{{CachingProvider#getAllPages()}}, that is, if the cache can't hold all the 
attachments it'll be bypassed and the underlying provider will be queried 
instead.

Also this revision allows to specify a custom ehcache configuration file, in 
order to ease its customization, please see the revision entry on the 
{{Changelog.md}} file.
